Statewide Real Estate Closing and Settlement – We are licensed to offer all of our services to you anywhere in Florida! Even if you property is here, but you reside elsewhere, we can still close the transaction for you. We offer flexible closing options such as mail away closings and mobile closers.

Escrow Services – We will gladly hold your Escrow for you at NO additional fee!

O & E Property Reports – Just looking for a current owner search? No Problem! You will be furnished with a summary report as well as hard copies of anything that comes back on title.

Preparation of Documents – (Affidavits, Deeds, Satisfaction of Mortgages, Subordinations, Etc.) WCTC prepares all of your documents for you ahead of schedule so that all you have to do is come in and sign. We can also e-mail your documents to you to print them out and have originals to work with.
